Cover: The Underwriters will indemnify the Insured Person against Legal Costs and Expenses incurred in the pursuit of a civil claim against a Defendant arising from an Insured Incident subject to:

a) The Insured having paid or promised to pay the premium.
b) The Insured Incident taking place within the Territorial Limits and within the Period of Insurance.
c) The claim having reasonable prospects of success.
d) The maximum sum We will have to pay not exceeding the Limit of Indemnity.
e) The terms and conditions of this policy.
