3. Any claims where the defendant cannot be traced or does not hold valid motor insurance.
4. Any claims occurring from use of the Insured Vehicle for motor racing rallies, speed trials or competitions of any kind.
5. Any claims made or legal proceedings between the Insured and Insured Persons.
6. Any claim where the Insured Vehicle found to be in an unroadworthy condition or does not have a valid MOT certificate at the time of the Insured Incident.
7. Any claim not reported to Us within 90 days of the occurrence of the Insured Incident.
8. Any claims that an Insured Person is indemnified for under any other policy of insurance.
9. Any claims for fire, theft, personal injury and death.
10. Any claims which would in the normal course of events fall to be heard by a Court other than the Small Claims Court.
11. Any claim or counter claim made against You by the Defendant.
12. Any claim arising from ionizing radiation or contamination from irradiated nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste.
13. Any claim arising from riot or civil commotion, war, invasion, acts of hostility by foreign powers, confiscation, nationalization, requisition, or damage to property by or under the order of any government..

COOLING OFF PERIOD: Before you accept our policy you have 14 days to review your policy document. If you are not totally happy with the policy and you have not made a claim you can write to the intermediary/broker who arranged this insurance or you, requesting that your insurance is cancelled and that any monies paid be returned. Your intermediary/broker will then contact Coversure Claimsline who will cancel your insurance.

CANCELLATION: You have the right to cancel your policy at anytime. You may cancel the policy by giving written instructions to the intermediary/broker who arranged this insurance for you. Your intermediary/broker will then contact Coversure Claimsline who will cancel your insurance. Please note that should you request to cancel a policy following the expiry of the 14-day cooling off period, you will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid in respect of the premium.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: We hope that you will be very happy with the service provided. However, if you have any complaint you should contact Coversure Claimsline who will then respond to your complaint within five days of receipt to tell you what action is being taken.
